The bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed with a high end mattress. Additional guests can sleep on the Queen-size Murphy bed with same high end mattress in the living room.
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, USB Plugs, central air conditioning with added disinfectant of all air as it passes through. Ceiling fans and canned lighting throughout. Dehumidifiers to keep the salt air from destroying this newly renovated unit. Comfortable leather furniture to relax while enjoying a good movie on the 50" Smart TV in the living room. You can use your personal login for Netflix, Amazon Prime and such. Fridge has an ice maker so you can enjoy a nice drink on the balcony right away.
Even if your vacation includes a rainy day, you will still enjoy a restful and relaxing day indoors. Books and games to help pass the time. Keep your clothes tidy with shared washer and dryer access.

May-02 2024Perfect Condo! This host has done the perfect remodel of this unit and thought of everything you'd ever need! The bed was so comfortable as was the living room furniture. The deck chairs were amazing and OMG, the view and the sound of the ocean. All appliances are new. Lots of extra provided like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plus towels. The shower is wonderful...roomy and shower head tall enough for my 6'6" husband, plus excellent water pressure. This condo will definitely be our pick every time we are in the area. Another plus was excellent communication with the host.

Both beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed, including linens were in the unit so we just brought our suitcases. Location of the small complex is very convenient as well. March-04 2023A Diamond in the Rough When you open the door, it is so much more than you expected. Beautifully decorated, very well thought out and super clean. And, did I mention the balcony?! It feels like you are sitting on the beach. This is way better than some high rise down the road. It's exactly what you want when you come to the beach!

November-04 2022Hidden Gem! This property is a hidden gem. It has everything you need or want. When you walk in the door, you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. The decor is beautifully done. Counter tops, all cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous. The appliances are top quality. We loved the view from the balcony. It's just steps from the beach and plenty of beach front space to set up for the day. You definitely won't find anything else this nice for this price. I highly recommend this property.

August-12 2022Beautifully Decorated Amazing amenities, like brand new. The bed slept well and we loved the Murphy bed and how well it went right along with the decor and saves so much space. Central to Pier Park. The condos are very clean and well managed on the outside as well. We loved it and will definitely be back!!
